In 2008, while working within the Office of Science and Technology Policy, I established the first interagency subcommittee on Quantum Information Science. In 2018, while at NIST I was responsible for establishing the Quantum Economic Development Consortium (QED-C). After 20+ years working for the US government and leading and coordinating R&D activities associated with the 2nd quantum revolution, I establish CJW Quantum Consulting.
